"As part of NSR Managements continuing drive to improve the National Schedules and to respond to client  demands, the November update to the Highways Maintenance Schedule includes LED streetlighting, both new and retro fitting. Further additions of LED lighting solutions are to be added to the Electrical schedule for issue in the 2011-2012 edition."
